Words that begin with capital letters are defined as per the conditions outlined below. These definitions will apply consistently, regardless of whether the terms are used in singular or plural form.

General Information

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Chirag Moradiya ("Developer") for the use of the App. The App is available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and is governed by their terms in addition to this Agreement.

Definitions

Application refers to the DeepChat AI - Ask AI app provided by the Developer, designed for installation and use on your device.

Developer refers to Chirag Moradiya, the individual or entity providing the Application, also identified as “We,” “Us,” or “Our” throughout this document.

Content includes any text, images, files, or other material that you upload, generate, or otherwise make accessible through the Application.

Country refers to the jurisdiction where the Developer operates, specifically Gujarat, India.

Agreement refers to this End-User License Agreement, representing the complete understanding between you and the Developer regarding your use of the Application.

Device refers to any hardware, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer, capable of running the Application.

You denotes the person or entity that downloads, installs, or uses the Application and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Acknowledgment

By selecting the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the Application, You acknowledge and accept the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree with the terms, do not click "I Agree", download, or use the Application.

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between You and the Developer regarding your use of the Application provided by the Developer.

The Application is licensed to You, not sold, and is made available for use in strict accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Scope of the License

The Developer provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and utilize the Application strictly as permitted under this Agreement.

This license is exclusively for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to full compliance with the terms outlined herein.

App Features

The Application allows users to:

  • Ask questions on a variety of topics and receive AI-generated responses.
  • Create and download AI-generated images based on user prompts.

The App does not store user prompts, questions, or generated content on its servers beyond the duration required for processing.

Third-Party Content and Services

The App integrates third-party AI services to process user queries and generate images. The Developer is not liable for any issues, inaccuracies, or damages arising from the use of such third-party services.
